If you have purchased a Modern Leisure product online from another reseller, or from a retailer location, please return your product to that reseller under their return policy. The Modern Leisure Return Policy only applies to products purchased from our online marketplace.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your item must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase and meet the following conditions:
- A Return Authorization is first required and must be marked clearly on your return. Please contact our Consumer Support group at email@example.com to get your unique RA number. Returns without an RA Number may be refused.
- Your product must be unused and have no signs of damage/ excessive use.
- Return shipping will need to be paid by the purchaser, and only refunded in the event the product is approved for reimbursement.
- We recommend insuring all packages that are returned, as Modern Leisure is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- When contacting our Consumer Support group please have your order number ready for purchase identification.
